What we offer
Refurbished Devices
North Bay Mobility is one of the only companies in the greater Bay Area that exclusively sells used/refurbished scooters and other personal electric vehicles. We are open by appointment only and all of our current inventory is listed on this site and updated daily. All of our devices come with new batteries and a 45 day repair/replace/refund warranty which is the only such warranty offered on used equipment anywhere.
Service/Repairs
We offer routine service, battery testing, and repairs on a case-by-case basis. We carry a large amount of pre-owned parts including for older models that don’t have new parts available anymore. We provide a free estimate and will be honest as to whether or not the repair is worth the cost. If not, we can accept your older device as a trade in towards a newer device we have in stock.
Rentals
When available, we offer many of our devices as daily, weekly or monthly rentals. We have very competitive rates that are 66% less than most Bay Area rental companies. Also, many of our customers choose to purchase the device after the rental period. This works as a rent-to-own situation and all costs of the rental will be credited towards the device purchase. New Battery Swaps
North Bay Mobility purchases batteries in bulk which allows us to pass the savings on to our customers. We can sell you the batteries for self-installation or we can install them for you for a small fee. Our prices tend to be 50% less than what major battery companies charge. If you choose to have them installed by us, you can bring the device to the shop and we can change them while you wait.
